the most famous soto in Kudus, Central Java. Soto is similar to regular chicken

Materials
ingredients:
• 1
whole chicken, boiled until tender
• 2
liters of water
• 6 tbsp
cooking oil
• 2 cm
galangal, crushed
• 2 bay
leaves

salt

scallions, thinly sliced
• 1
tablespoon soy sauce
Ground spices:
• 10 red
onions
• 5
cloves of garlic
• 1
teaspoon pepper
Complement:
• 200 g
bean sprouts, wash the roots, soak 5 minutes in boiling water
• 10
stalks of chives, sliced 2 cm
• 3
stalks celery, finely sliced
• 2
tablespoons minced garlic fried
• 6
pieces potato cakes
• 3 eggs

How to make
1. Heat
the oil in a skillet, saute ground spices together with galangal and saun
greeting until fragrant.
2. Enter
the spices into Pot stew chicken, and cook again until chicken is really
